Roo Realty rules and Regulations

 

Too keep the realities looking nice we have some rules that need to be applied to every entry. Below are the rules that need to be followed when entering your property.

 

1)      Details for all entries must be completed.

2)      Price for UN furnished and Furnished need to be completed. Use our help section for more information

3)      Garage and pool information need to have yes or no added and not blank.

4)      Total price need s to be not left empty. The total price is what your lot will cost fully furnished.

5)      Town or city needs to be filled out. Where you created your home.

6)      Adding your lot in the correct category. Every home is required to be in the correct category for example if your home is a three bedroom it will need to go under three bedrooms.

7)      You must have at least four screenshots of your property these can be found in your C:\Users\username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Screenshots

8)      Up to 20 screenshots can be added to your galley

9)      All lots must have a description both in description and in your V-card description. Please try and write a description that will let other members know why they should download your house. Just adding the amount of bedroom or a short line of text does not explain your home very well and will most likely get passed up by the visitor. Please see help for example.

10)   All upload lots must have a V-card icon. See help for more information.

11)   Lots must be in Pack format, Winzip or Winrar
